Future Tech has an opening for a Pre Post Sales Engineer at our corporate headquarters located in Holbrook, New York.  The major function of this senior level Sales Engineer is to assist our sales team in providing viable and compelling solutions for our customers while taking ownership of the technical relationships with them.  The primary goal is to help drive sales specifically in Lenovo products for Future Tech.

 

Responsibilities include:

- Providing pre-sales technical account management for prospective clients including making sales calls on Long Island and in NYC.

- Providing technical account management for existing clients including evaluations and demos.

- Developing good relationships with customers and partners while adding value to their organizations.

- Working closely with our sales team in responding to RFI / RFPs and preparing SOWs.

- Staying abreast of current industry technology, trends and competition.

 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three to five years of related experience along with an in-depth knowledge of Lenovo products.  Applicants must be capable of designing complete end to end solutions including preparing technical architectural designs and implementation planning documents as well as acting as the project manager to execute an implementation plan.  Along with leading the project implementation candidates should be able to participate in the installation, customization and integration of the end to end solutions.

 

Technical Skills Required:

  -PC desktop/notebook implementations

-Desktop management/rollouts

-Seat management solutions
