Presentation Developer II

Job Description: GENERAL FUNCTION: 


The Presentation Developer will work with web developers, the marketing department, business managers, legal and compliance representatives and others to complete daily website maintenance and development. Works closely with corporate marketing to ensure that web sites are aligned with marketing communications, branding and product campaigns. Enforces Bancorp Internet standards for usability, accessibility, accuracy and appropriateness of information in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manages page errors. 


 


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Works with the business/functional owner and technical team to maintain the integrity and functionality of assigned Internet sites by defining project and system requirements.


Designs, develops and implements creative solutions supporting the business/functional area.


Researches, reviews and applies emerging trends in web design technologies and user experience best practices.


Designs and develops user interfaces using HTML and graphics.


Creates, modifies and optimizes graphics for use on the web.


Defines content organization, nomenclature and navigation systems for web sites to maximize user experience and overall site effectiveness.


Participates in the development of and conformance to the company's user interface design standards.


Sets up, coordinates schedules for, and maintains on-site promotional ads.


Recommends new site functionality, features and enhancements that improve the user experience and achieve specific business objectives (revenue, lead generation, etc.).


Works with project and team leaders to clarify goals and business rules for new site enhancements.


Creates visual prototypes of site enhancements to aid in the development process.


Edits and proofreads content provided by content owners; coordinates and contributes content for new site enhancements.


Conveys project requirements along with navigation/page flow and content specifications for development of technical specs, programming and development.


Designs, updates and maintains dynamic web pages using a web content management system.


Other duties as required.
