Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing hands-on expertise in establishing and maintaining on-going IT best practices and processes in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  This position will be a champion for mentoring and coaching Global Effectiveness and Information Technology Solutions (GE&ITS) staff members as process changes are implemented and matured.  The primary goal of this position is to support GE&ITS to achieve the highest quality possible through the application of standard processes and the evolution of process improvements.



4 year degree Business Science, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.
? Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
? Experience in successfully managing teams,  3-5 years
? Five years minimum experience in software quality and / or process development
? Strong analytical skills
? Expertise in process development within cross-functional organizational structure
? Experienced Six-Sigma, specific to process improvement in business transactional environment
? Experience with RUP and other SDLC methodologies desired
? Rational Suite Tool Experience (Req Pro, Rational Rose)
? Experience with IT Quality Management best practices
? Meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills are important
? Experience with all MS Office standard tools
