You probably already know us, even though you may not recognize the name.  We are leaders in venue management software.  Whether you?re a sports fan or an arts aficionado, at some time you have probably bought a ticket through our technology, and there?s a good chance that your alma mater sells their athletic or event center tickets on our system.  For more than 24 years, Paciolan has powered venue and fan/patron management for clients across five primary markets including college athletics, performing arts, arenas, professional sports, and museums. Collectively, Paciolan clients sell over 100 million tickets annually representing approximately 25% of all live event tickets sold in the U.S.

 

We are seeking a Product Manager to help us drive product strategy the markets we serve.   This position will report directly to the Director of Product Development.  Some of the key tasks performed by this position include:

 Develop and communicate product strategy for one of the market segments we serve

 Support and interact with the product development team in the new product development process by delivering concise product requirement documents, and participating in product reviews 

 Support the sales activity by participating in sales calls and strategy planning sessions

 

Specific traits we are looking for include:

 Strong oral and written communications

 Strong presentation skills

 Willingness to travel up to 20%

 Good understanding of the software product industry as well as clear analytical ability

 Well-organized and detail-oriented

 Ticketing industry experience would be a big plus

 This position is located at our Irvine, California headquarters.  Local candidates preferred
