This opportunity is within the McKesson Health Solutions, Medical Management Group (MMG). Its CareEnhanceSM and InterQual solutions include: disease management, nurse triage, care management, utilization management, decision support criteria, and software that helps manage workflow, resources, and regulatory reporting processes.Current Need

Level 1 technical support for McKesson customers and internal service groups. Responsible for assisting customers with complex application questions as they relate to McKesson Health Solution?s Care Enhance Software CCMS. Assists with some technical questions related to using CCMS application. Finally, this individual will triage issues and forward to Tier II support groups when required.Position Description

Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company?s software. Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems.Minimum Requirements

6+ years product applications support experienceAdditional Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of MHS products and services with additional knowledge of CCMS.Education

BS degree or equivalent experience.Certifications
