Responsibilities:

- Managing a small group of product managers to deliver the product parameters that will support accurate Master Planning execution: yields, cycle time, test time, capability, and capacity.
- Achieving cost targets such that gross margins with in the division are met
- Achieving quality metrics within the division.
- Assisting the division Product engineering teams with new product production ramps. This person will report to the Director of operations and must be able to manage Sr. Product Managers that can manage projects and drive for Gross Margin improvement and Quality insurance.
- Manage Reports - Direct: o Product engineer(s) - Indirect o CML product engineers o CMI yield engineers o CTI yield engineers

Requirements:

- 10+ years experience in semiconductor product engineering.
- BS Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related area
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and identify variables driving business results
- Experience with planning systems.
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring
- Ability to provide vision and direction to the changing role of supply chain management
