 Production Lead Responsibilities:


~ Responsible for immediate and direct supervision of employees as a work leader in a production unit
~ Ability to identify data anomalies
~ Provide service-oriented project support for all phases of the project
~ Assist with training of new employees
~ Uses project management skills to effectively complete detailed project plans by identifying tasks, deliverables, timelines and assignments
~ Able to balance own workload and workload of others in order to meet pre-determined deadlines
~ Constant involvement with Production, Clients, IT, Analysts, DBAs, and Client Service to effectively manage the project (knows how/when to escalate issues)
~ Creates and enforces data integrity checks, coordinates the modification of processes as needed, and provides timely resolution for data related issues
~ Applies analytical skills to proactively identify and solve business and technical problems
~ Applies industry knowledge and technical experience to identify and implement process improvement
~ Follows MSA methodology and procedures for new projects, or changes to existing projects
~ Takes full ownership and accountability for their work
~ Handle personnel evaluations  Production Lead Requirements:


~ Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field
~ Minimum six years technical experience, three being in a lead position
~ Strong communication skills both written and oral including the ability to translate and converse about technical and analytical issues to technical and non-technical contacts
~ Strong technical PC skills
~ Minimum of 2 years using Microsoft office suite including Access, Excel, Word
~ Technical leadership role, requires 3 or more years experience with SQL (preferably Oracle) and UNIX
~ Familiar with Microsoft Project and basic project management practices
~ Organized and detail oriented
~ Excellent interpersonal skills
~ Quick learner
~ Ability to interact with all members in a team environment
~ Ability to effectively work with personnel on all levels
~ Well-developed multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment
~ Ability to work independently and to adapt to consistently changing priorities

 

 

Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
~ Uses project management skills to effectively complete detailed project plans by identifying tasks, deliverables, and assignments
~ Increased involvement with Production, Clients, IT, Analysts, Programming and IS to effectively manage the project
~ Monitoring of the project's activities, validating the accuracy of their work, maintaining audit trails of changes and keeping documentation up to date
~ Aid in the designing of programming and processing specifications
~ Developing, updating, and maintaining Access and VMS Databases
~ Creates and enforces data integrity checks. Modify as needed
~ Applies analytical skills to proactively identify and solve business and technical problems
~ Supervises and mentors data processing staff
~ Applies industry knowledge and technical experience to identify and implement process improvement
~ Achieve expert level knowledge of clients/projects
~ Attends on-going training to achieve personal, professional, and technical improvement.
~ Takes full ownership and accountability for their work

 

Production Coordinator Requirements:
~ Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and four years relevant experience, one being in project management
~ Minimum of four years relevant experience in data management.  Minimum of one year in project management with demonstrated abilities in project planning and management
~ Strong technical skills including VAX mainframe, SQL, PC and Microsoft office suite
~ Relational database experience and data analysis
~ Knowledge of SAS, Oracle, and PL/SQL a plus
~ Well-developed multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment
~ Strong communication skills both written and oral including the ability to translate and converse about technical and analytical issues
~ Organized and detail oriented
~ Good interpersonal and time management skills
~ Personnel supervision experience preferred
~ Ability to interact with all members in a team environment
~ Occasional overtime required
