Litigation Support Manager
?Work with sales, RGMs, and clients to assist in determining project definition, scope, project management, cost factors, and potential revenue generation. Makes determination of workload in take and outsourcing.
?Prepares detailed job specifications from which projected costs and work flow standards can be determined ?Establishes work load priorities, work flow processes, and project management
?Track operational performance and analyze production capabilities
?Design and manage workflow process of multiple projects and multiple shifts to ensure optimum use of labor and materials. Approves over time.
?Develop strategic quality process to ensure identification and resolution of quality problems to ensure client compliance and audit control processes within operations
?Oversee all software administration including installation, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting
?Determines and supports equipment, purchasing, cost control, staffing, and technical needs
?Works with Regional Facility Manager to plan, implement, and monitor departmental budget
?Consults with local offices or clients for job specifications
?Daily activity reporting, updates to production logs, and billing system, and quality checking
?Document benchmark job processes and work flow requirements for training materials, operational procedures, and other documentation relating to the production life cycle
?Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriateREQUIREMENTSBudgetary responsibilities
