Program Analyst III

Duties and Responsibilities:Perform and coordinate numerous and various tasks ranging from requirements analysis through implementation. Perform and assist with data analysis, table design, and user interface design.  Prepare detailed documentation and specifications. Monitor and validate regular data warehouse data loads. Provide individualized user support o­n a daily basis as necessary. Participate in user group meetings and occasionally conduct user training. Participate as a data team member and coordinate with other teams (system and database administrators and application developers). Participate in various training classes, workshops and demonstrations as required.


Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's and 5-8 years experience required. Intermediate or better Personal Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Software. Oracle, SQL and Cognos experience preferred.  Knowledge of or prior experience with Navy or DFAS standard systems preferred.  Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and be able to adjust to continuously changing priorities and schedules based o­n customer needs.  Strong interpersonal and analytical skill are important.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work and interact with various levels of contractor and government personnel.

 

Security Clearance Required:
Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level.
