Program Manager, Business Solutions

CITY: Erie STATE: Pennsylvania COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Program Manager will lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for business processes. The essential functions for this job include: 1) Working as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business processes 2) Supporting, advising, assisting, guiding, and resolving problems for client leaders 3) Initiating direct communication with wide range of customer, client, supplier, and systems personnel in a boundless manner 4) Leading the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions 5) Initiating and coordinating outsourced supplier efforts as required 6) Planing, prioritizing, and managing project(s) and associated resources 7) Preparing, presenting and reviewing project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies, and recommending funding and resources 8) Ensuring conformance to system architecture, methods standards and practices

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience in information technology analysis or applications.
* Minimum of 2 years experience with and knowledge of current information technologies including Open Source (e.g. Linux, JBoss), MQSeries, Informatica or Appworx.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in solutions architecture, software development, or large systems implementations

Desired:
* Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organization skills
* Knowledgeable in Six Sigma and/or other quality tools and methods; Black Belt certification is a plus
* Accomplishments that reflect teamwork, integrity, accountability and speed
* Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) graduate desired
