Program Manager - Master Data Management

Job Title: Program Manager - Master Data Management

The role will have strategic and tactical responsibility for planning and implementing Master Data Management solutions.

Locations: Dallas, TX; Santa Clara, CA; Chicago, IL; or Iselin, NJ

Responsibilities include

? Understanding of the customer?s strategic business problems

? Development of overall Program Road Map

? Development of Project Plans, Staffing Plans

? Development and execution of Risk Management Plans, Change Management Plans

? Delivery of MDM Solution to agreed upon schedule and time line

Additional responsibilities include

? Working with Strategic partners to implement and integrate their solutions and capture the best practices

? Training and Mentoring new recruits in the Program / Project Management Space

? Pre-sales and building of re-usable assets

Skills - Mandatory

? Minimum of 10+ years of systems analysis, consulting and IT project management experience, preferably in large-scale business software implementation projects (ERP, CRM, SCM, EDW & 3rd party Data Warehouse solutions)

? Minimum 3 years of experience in large project management

? Experience and proficiency in analyzing project requirements and developing delivery road maps and plans

? Working knowledge of Web Services and SOA

? Strong verbal and written communications skills

? Independent, self starter with high energy level, professionalism and strong presentation skills

? Strong leadership skills, a consistent record of achieving objectives, a quickness to learn and adapt to changes

? Must be able to fulfill travel requirements of an average of 60% or greater (domestic/global) travel to visit client sites for on-site consultation and implementation and to attend tradeshows/conferences
