Program Manager - Siebel CoE Solutions

CITY: Cincinnati STATE: Ohio COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Serves as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of Siebel CRM & Sales solutions.
* Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned Siebel program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program.
* Manages budgets & contracts associated with Siebel Aviation & Energy program(s) or initiative(s).
* Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the Aviation & Energy Siebel system.
* Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
* Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans.
* Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of small to medium IT solutions for business processes.
* Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for client leaders and users.
* Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions.
* Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards and practices.
* Plan, prioritize and manage project activities and associated resource. * Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies and recommend funding and resources.
* Initiate direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers and systems personnel.
* Act as a change agent for business processes.
* Keep up to date with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use.
* Coordinate outsourced supplier efforts as required.
* Lead in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
* Proven interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills.
* Substantial experience with and knowledge of current information technologies and business function.
* Proven leadership skills in business planning and Information Technology.
* Extensive project management skills and experience.
* Quality and cost driven.


Desired:
* Experience with Design and Development of the Siebel Sales & Call Center tools (versions 7.5, 7.7, and 7.8).
* Experience managing offshore design & development.
* Demonstrated success project management skills.
* Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills.
* Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
* GB / BB certification (GE Employees Only).

General:
* Lead the overall Aviation & Energy Siebel Solutions design team, including both GE and contract analysts, in supporting business requirements.
* Partner with the business to deliver Siebel solutions that facility business growth & productivity.
* Stay abreast of Siebel technologies and work closely with the business teams in ensuring solutions deliver business benefits.
* Develop long-term Siebel strategy by leverage industry best practices.
