Program Planning & Control Analyst

Job Description:
Work independently with clients on site in the National Maritime Intelligence Center. On site location in customer facility requires continuous client interface requiring a professional attitude and work ethic. With minimal supervision, independently plan, coordinate, execute and complete assigned inventory management and logistics duties with Technical Collections Department. Evaluate inventory data, identify shortfalls and deficiencies and conflicting entries in the inventory. Maintain inventory that reflects procured equipment, update customers SOP, coordinate with property managers at SPAWAR, monitor shipping documentation, and make recommendations as to best practices. Review and update logistics and inventory control plans. Develop and/or update AMRS and WWST inventory control data. Participate in meetings and reviews.

Must have working knowledge of MS Word & Excel. Understanding of U.S. Navy organization and Navy and other Services military ranks is required. Desire former Navy/Marine Corps military service. Knowledge of National Maritime Intelligence Center organization is useful. Work independently with Navy Laboratory in conducting inventory verification.

This position requires a final current DOD TOP SECRET clearance based on a single scope background investigation for access to SCI.
