Daily Responsibilities:

This requirement encompasses all activities necessary to provide Information Technology (IT) Operations Support Services for our customers' and their systems that support operations worldwide.

?

The candidate shall provide Tier 2 support for the below SMIS Applications. The candidate will direct all reasonable effort toward successful resolution, beyond any other performance metric applicable.


? Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management System (SAMM)

? Shipboard Configuration and Logistics Information Program (ShipCLIP)

? Department Head Administrative Management System (DHAMS)

? Supply Management (SM)

? Food Service Management (FSM)

? Data Replication (Data X)

Assembles, prepares, and analyzes data in support of our customers' legacy applications. Systems include (but are not limited to), supply, payroll, food service, ammunition loading, data warehousing, data mining, forecasting, budget, cost / schedule control, message traffic protocols and electronic communication.

Researches, gathers, collates data, prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports, assists with special projects and performs other project duties as assigned.
