Programmer Analyst Telecom III
Essential Job Function:
- Supports and maintains the software/hardware requirements and standards for systems such as: Audio Response Units, voice mail systems, Auto-Attendant systems, ACD's, CTI applications, 800 Line call tracking systems, Video Conferencing, Predictive Dialers, Call Accounting systems and/or any like systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provides and maintains schematics of system configuration designs, trunking, routing, card types, and port availability.
- Works with department heads to analyze, design, and program special software application configurations.
- Acts as a Project Manager on designs that may overlap into other key MIS areas.
- Monitors and analyzes system reports.
- Offers recommendations based on system reports.
- Works to develop EIS reports or real-time viewing products through the network.
- Establishes and maintains centralized records on system configurations, databases and the current working environment.
- Tracks all project activity.
- Verifies that all system changes being conducted by vendors or others are implemented accurately and meet standards.
- Assists in the development of departmental standards and procedures.
- Provides status reports to the Manager, Voice Systems Support.

Required Skills/Experience:
- A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a corporate telecommunications environment.
- 7-10 years of experience in the system maintenance of software databases in a telecommunications environment.
- Experience in project management, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
- A thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry and technology in the business environment.
- Self-motivation.
- Detail orientation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, teamwork and typing (35+wpm) skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Meridian PBX systems.
- Knowledge of ACD's, CTI applications, Predictive dialers, 800 Services, Call Routing flows, Call Accounting Systems, Video Conferencing Services, and Voice Mail systems.

Provide Break Fix service to SCS trading floors, primary responsibilities are for Headquarters and remote support to all other locations across the nation.
