The primary focus of this position is to actively participate in the ongoing development, testing, and maintenance of Bed Bath & Beyond*s Planning Systems. This person will interface with the development team members to develop and test cutting-edge applications and business analysts to confirm the understanding of the business processes and requirements. This person should possess strong coding/testing techniques and have experience in developing client/server as well as multi-tier applications and have a proven ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into a robust code.

Minimum Requirements include:

4+ years of developing and testing business application systems.
4+ years of relational database experience. Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially, Oracle and DB2 UDB ), SQL, PL/SQL. Excellent development skills utilizing the following programming languages: Visual Basic .NET, Visual Basic. A working knowledge of Java.
