Programmer Analyst (ZAP)

Responsibilities : Use programming and technical skills as part of an applications team providing systems and

technical support for system issues related to the Diamond Sourcing area. Will work specifically with manufacturing systems support. (J.D. Edwards Enterprise One and DSI Systems). Analyze and resolve break/fix issues, Adjust/Tune any application configuration settings after initial implementation. Receive level 2 help desk tickets and respond appropriately, Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Code and test enhancements to the applications, reports, or interfaces, Code and test new applications, reports, or interfaces. Develop functional and technical specifications based on business requirements, Develop and execute unit and integration test scripts, Provide functional and technical guidance to the team. 24/7 On-call Support of systems within the facility. Support ongoing technology and innovation solutions for business process improvements, issues and needs. Interpret internal and external customer needs that impact the technology portfolio, React quickly to changing internal and external customer needs, Create and sustain internal team relationships

  Requirements: Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Plus, HP UNIX, PRO C, MS Excel, Working knowledge   of Procedures, Shell scripts and Experience with application development tools, TOAD, Oracle Report writing

utilities, Able to provide administrative and system support of DSI and JD Edwards Enterprises One

  application, Able to use analytical and programming skills to resolve system project and production issues,

  Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
