Programmer/Assistant Database Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain Oracle databases that support business needs and integrate with the SCT Banner application systems, hardware and software platforms, and campus networks.
Work with application development project team, perform data analysis based on business needs, current environment, and projected changes to the SCT Banner database and other institutional databases.
Assist in database design and implementation for new application development projects.
Maintain the database and software environment by performing tasks such as installing new versions of the Oracle and other databases and maintaining a current patch level.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related area.
One to three years experience managing an Oracle database system.
