Overview

 

Local Healthcare Company in Miami-Dade County is looking for a dynamic and experienced Programmer / Application Developer.  This person will be responsible for the statistical and quality assurance initiatives, particularly with regards to data review and reporting. They will work in conjunction with the Director of Information Technology and other members of the leadership team in maintaining databases, reviewing data, and reporting outcomes to both internal and external groups.  Assist the company in being a leader in the industry by acting as the Applications Developer with web and application development.

 

 

Qualifications

 Deep Web site development skills using Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Visual Studio.Net, Visual Interdev, .Net, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Oracle, Windows 2000/NT/XP, SQL Server. Working knowledge of software development fundamentals. Web Usability, Web Accessibility, Application Support, Web Services Outstanding software debugging skills. Adept at debugging complex applications with multi-threaded algorithms, real time processing, or multiple interfaces with other systems. Intermediate object-oriented design (OOD) experience. Software architecture experience, including designing complex, multi-component software systems. Experience gathering software requirements by interviewing users and analyzing competitive products. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. Three (3) or more years experience in application development using Microsoft C#, VB, ASP.NET and related technologies. Experienced in web/.net application evaluation, testing, configuration and implementation. Proven ability to work independently or on a team as required. Advanced expertise in Microsoft IIS and Microsoft Visual Studio is preferred. Relational database experience using Microsoft SQL 2000 and query tools, including stored procedures, DTS and database security is a plus. Report Writer Knowledge is required.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Creates user information solutions; defines site objectives; designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications; recommends system solutions; integrates applications; creates corporate applications; completes applications development; supports users; updates job knowledge enhances organization reputation. Responsible for Microsoft SQL Server development application including Stored Procedures, DTS and Analysis Services. Provides ongoing revisions as needed or related mandates for reporting regulations, or revisions related to other IS and clinical systems software and databases. Produce high quality data reports for procedural data reporting, quality assurance/improvement initiatives, operational and financial reporting. Analyzes and organizes qualitative and quantitative clinical and administrative data from multiple sources, and synthesizes results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis. Works with others in a manner that allows for the timely completion of all assigned projects including quarterly and annual data submissions.
