Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who will thrive in our environment and enhance the value delivered to our clients. Specific elements of the role include:Developing and managing a suite of analytic models based on our comprehensive datasets to support innovative strategic insights Understanding business requirements and building creative solutionsBeing a valued member of a team

? Designs and implements databases that address current and future business needs.

 

Candidate RequirementsMinimum BS/BA degree. 5-7 years of work experience in Information Technology and/or Data Analysis.Solid programming skills, superior modeling abilities and experience working with large datasets.Demonstrated mastery of data analysis tools: MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, Visual Basic.Candidates should feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.Plus:  Experience using applied probability and statistics.Plus:  Familiarity with fundamental financial and market measures and healthcare data issues.
