Project Admin/Coordinator

Project Description & Duties:   Support existing Program Managers in all program and project administrative functions.  Project Administrative support responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, the following areas:

?  Weekly consolidation of individual team status reports into master project status report

?  Participation in various program and project meetings to document and distribute meeting notes

?  Scheduling of meetings, as required

?  Weekly tracking and monitoring of team action items, project issues and risks

?  Weekly update to Project Plan/Work Plan based on input from Managers and Functional Group Leads

?  Priority focus of role is on Retail Launch project support

Weekly updates to internal Project Communication web page and ongoing updates to document repository (not an immediate responsibility, but may become one during temporary assignment)

 

This opportunity is administratively focused, but will be specifically centered on project administrative support.  This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to move into Project Management or a Jr Project Manager/Project Coordinator looking for experience in large Marketing / Gift Card Program efforts.  The position will be in support of the resources that are leading the various areas of program delivery, without any individual lead responsibility; however, the position has individual key involvement in all project activities while delivering the responsibilities of this role.

A. Primary Skill Sets:

?  Business Analysis or Project Coordination/Management experience

?  MS Project

?  Excel

?  Word

?  Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

?  Previous experience/involvement in technical projects with knowledge of software development lifecycles

?  Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment

?  Marketing experience is beneficial

?  Gift Card Program experience is beneficial

?  MS Access experience is beneficial
