Project Administrator

Project Administrator Description: Large Insurance company located in downtown Erie is looking for several Project Administrators on a long term temporary basis.



This challenging opportunity will allow you to work directly with Project Managers within the IT Division. You will establish and maintain project control materials for various projects, prepare weekly status reports, resource capacity and staffing plans utilizing automated project planning tools. You will ensure accuracy and identify any issues and log and track resolution for the project managers. You will prepare reports that will summarize any variances between plans and actual progress. You will be responsible for all project communication and distribution lists. You will schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.

Requirements:
*BS in Business or Finance or related field.



*Minimum one year experience working with technical applications or information systems.



*Working knowledge of project management process including use of techniques and automated planning tools.



*Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, database and graphics software.



*Prefer one year of previous experience working as part of a project team (IT project preferred)

Pay Rate: 16.00 - 16.50 Hourly DOE
