Project Coordinator

Job Purpose: Indigo IT, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Management Office (PMO) during the enterprise migration of a large government client from cc:Mail and Lotus Notes to Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange 2003. 

 

Job Description:

 

*Scheduling meetings

 

*Developing and distributing meeting agendas

 

*Capturing and distributing meeting minutes

 

*Assisting with development of project schedules as required

 

*Assisting in the development of project status reports and metrics

 

*Assisting with implementation of communications plan

 

*Supporting project management as needed

 

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

 

*Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Outlook very helpful 

 

*Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills

 

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

*Strong interpersonal skills

 

Education/Certifications:

 

*Bachelor's Degree highly desired
