APC is looking for a Project Coordinator / Jr. BA.

 

Job Description:

Project Admin position within the Operations Technology team. Position will be responsible for the assisting in the management of projects and support tasks within the Operations Technology team.  Duties will include Project Office tasks such as status reporting, weekly management reporting, creation and management of detailed project plans, assisting in the development of all required SDLC deliverables and meeting management.  Proven ability to successfully work with business analysts and developers on the team in a large corporate environment in addition to partnering with the business community is critical. 

Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 5 years overall project experience and experience with systems using Web technologies and/or client server projects.  Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent Interpersonal skills are required to motivate team members and to quickly gain the trust and confidence of other IT members across the organization. Candidate will need the ability to manage all IT related work on large projects in a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating activities for requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and support with other IT areas.  Investment-related systems experience is highly desirable, particularly in brokerage or money management back office systems.  Proficiency and significant hands-on experience using full-life cycle development methodologies is also highly desirable.
