Requirements:

?Previous ERP implementation experience.  Blue Cherry a plus.

? Strong systems analysis and communication skills.

? Experience working in consumer products manufacturing and/or distribution environment.

? Ability to create business and functional requirements.

?  College Degree.

Primary Function:

As a member of our ERP implementation team, responsible for communicating with users, programmers and consultants to collect, document and analyze business requirements and recommend systems processes and solutions.

Duties: Evaluates user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.Liaison between IT and a specific business area(s). Maintains understanding of business area, current systems, procedures and future goals.Conduct user interviews, analyze business needs, and propose solutions. Develops Functional Specifications for new systems or major enhancements.  Obtains user signoff on specifications.Develops Business System Designs and obtains user and IT approvals.Liaison with Applications Solutions provider. Obtain quotes on development activity, monitor development/programming to insure compatibility with Requirements and Business Systems design.Develops Project Plans, including tasks, responsibilities and time estimates.Create quality assurance test plans and directs unit and system testing.Establishes and maintains all appropriate project documentation, including user manuals and technical documents to be used internally in the IT department.Train users in the operation of new systems and enhancements.
