Project Leader (Tech)

The incumbent leads in the assessment of risks and controls associated with various technologies and applications throughout the Corporation.  These small team oriented reviews provide a unique opportunity for exposure to processing configurations across the Corporation and multiple levels of management.  Results are designed to provide Business Line Management with through and reliable information and recommendations regarding the quality and effectiveness of their systems of internal control.  Responsibilities will include both simple and complex projects. 

 

The qualified candidate will possess a BS/BA degree in an MIS related field, strong-self management and analytical/technical problem-solving skills.  S/He will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.  S/He should have superior oral/written communication skills.  Hands on experience with UNIX, Client/Server environments, and Mellon's processing environments are a define plus.  The ability to deal with sensitive, confidential information is required.  Flexibility, enthusiasm, interpersonal and project management skills are required for success.  CISA or other professional audit or controls-oriented certification is preferred.  Travel is approximately 15%.
