As a key member of the Mortgage Servicing team, the PMA I will assist with all phases of mortgage data development.

 

Specific duties will include:

? Develop, distribute and maintain complex portfolio management and ad-hoc reports.

? Maintain a list/log of all departmental reports.

? Run, analyze and distribute a portfolio of reports on a monthly basis.

? Work with MortgageServ data vendor.

? Assist in the development, optimization and maintenance of reporting metadata.

? Perform data mining and analysis to address key business issues.

? Assist with transforming and collection of historical data.

? Work closely with the Mortgage Servicing and the Mortgage MIS business units to design customer reports and accommodate adhoc requests.

? Travel Required

? Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent technical expertise; Minimum of one year experience developing reports in Crystal Reports or SQL reporting services; Experience in Business Programming Languages (Visual Basic and VB.net, Transact SQL, MDX) a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Experience with Mortgage Servicing functions a plus; Advanced experience with Data Transformation Tools (MS Data Transformation Services, SQL) a plus; Knowledge of Relational Database Concepts and Development (Informant and Access) a plus; Experience in a Data Warehouse Environment a plus; Experience with Data Mining Tools (Angoss) a plus;
