The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day supervision of activities relating to the development of clinical Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for our clients on all issues relating to system development. The Project Manager is responsible for meeting with our clients to gain an understanding of the requested system functionality and generating a detailed requirements document. In conjunction with their team's designated Technical Lead, the Project Manager assists in the timely development of a system that meets client expectations. Additionally this individual manages the scope of work, project budget, change orders and project plans. Travel is required (10-20%)in order to present IVR training materials at Investigator Meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

- BS/BA degree
- Three years of clinical trials experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced
evironment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work well with clients and team members
- Experience in working with clinical IVR systems
strongly preferred
