Project Manager Internal Projects Job Posting Keane is looking for a tenacious Project Manager candidate to join its dynamic internal PM department (part of Keane??s IT Organization) to coordinate a number of internal initiatives including, application/Website enhancements/rollouts, process redesigns and other operational and corporate-wide initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have 2-6 years of experience managing projects, as well as a firm understanding of PM methodologies, a client service mentality, creative ability and a solid passion for a career in Project Management.

The Project Manager position works with a Program Manager to manage projects from the proposal stage to successful completion/implementation.

This is a ??pure?? Project Management role. Each Project Manager is assigned to multiple projects and under the direction of a Program Manager is expected to:

?X Ensure projects/deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
?X Set and manage client, team, and management expectations.
?X Work with internal clients to establish scope.
?X Define project approach.
?X Create and maintain Statements of Work and project schedules.
?X Forecast and track hours and timeframes via the project plan.
?X Estimate, validate, and re-estimate (as needed) project tasks & schedule.
?X Advise management of changes in project schedule.
?X Manage deliverable acceptance.
?X Act as a liaison between project team, client and management from beginning of project through project completion.
?X Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
?X Coordinate issue resolution.
?X Prepare, submit, and present written, oral and verbal status reports to client and management.
?X Document and distribute Lessons Learned at completion of all projects.
?X Lead project team members to ensure tasks progress according to schedule.
?X Attend project review meetings.
?X Provide input for project team member performance appraisals as needed.

This position requires; a Bachelor??s degree with at least 4 years of professional experience, 2-6 years of experience managing various sized projects and diverse groups of stakeholders, as well as a keen mind and an proven ability of managing issues, risks and expectations.
