Project Manager - (L-3 GSIMS23731)

The Project Manager shall work with the senior Global Communication Services/Programs Group (PG) Manager to achieve the objectives of the project he/she will be assigned to. The PM is responsible for the overall management of the specific project(s) and insuring that the technical solutions, business plans, and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project including costs schedules, research, documentation preparation, presentation, and customer interaction; Ensures that all control gates are met on schedule; Performs organizational wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems; ensures other project team members are fully utilized or are made available to support other PG projects to meet the GCS billability requirements.

MANDATORY SKILLS:
-Experience managing or development projects
-Program and portfolio management processes
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience in developing business plans
-Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully execute multiple tasks
-Demonstrated communication skills (written, oral, presentation/briefing)
-Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
-Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
-Experience in technology transfer, testing, and research.
