Project Manager - Large Scope - (CB20616)

Position may be located in: Morris Plains, NJ; or Portland, OR

The Project Management group is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Senior Project Manager to support multiple software development projects. This position will formulate and lead project teams through the development of scope, requirements, design, code, test, and implementation of software enhancements to support our client services. The ideal candidate will have a proficiency in PMI methodologies, with PMP certification being a plus. Projects at Fiserv EFT follow repeatable Software Development Life Cycle phases and are driven by detailed schedules created in MS Project. Project teams consist of local and remote employees and may require vendor management. Effective oral and written communication with clients, vendors, and all levels of the organization is required. As a senior staff member, this person will also be responsible for mentoring within the Project Management team and contributing to the advancement of best practices. Experience in the EFT industry is desirable.


Required Skills:
Organized work habits with the ability to handle multiple projects
Strong documentation skills
Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Excellent scheduling ability in MS Project 2000
Advanced meeting facilitation skills
Teamwork development

The Project Management group at Fiserv EFT is growing and currently consists of 14 professional Project Managers and 1 Project Coordinator that work within an established EPO encompassing about 75 active projects. The group is team oriented and focuses on progressive improvement to ensure the successful outcome of projects and provide exceptional client service.
