Job Description

Seminole Casualty Insurance Company is currently seeking an experienced, successful Project Manager to lead its Corporate IT Department in Tamarac, Florida (Ft. Lauderdale area). Candidate must be a career oriented, self starter with a strong track record of success.

 

Experience Requirement

10+ Years Exp using C++, SQL, Project Management, and IT Personnel Management. 2+ Years Exp Developing in Delphi or C++Builder. Must have firm understanding and experience in Object Oriented Design and related methodologies. Must be good communicator, both oral and written. Must maintain current knowledge of IT technologies including Windows Server, workstation and server hardware, and networking technologies.

 

Additional Knowledge a Plus

XML, HTML, UML, Borland Database Engine, VNC, CVS, Pascal, ODBC, ADO, .NET.

 

Industry Requirement

Candidate must have 3+ years experience in the Insurance Industry including a general understanding of Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting. Experience in ISO Statistical Reporting and back-end accounting (including Ratio and Triangle reporting) a plus.
