Project Manager- Technical

 

Project Manager needed to help create and manage a metrics function for large PMO within a prestigious financial services entity. This team delivers high-quality indicators of performance for all funded project initiatives within this large organization.  Project Manager will be involved in creating and managing the operating process and tools required for collecting and analyzing metrics.  Project Manager will provide strategic and tactical project management expertise to the development of technical solutions to business. 

 

This is a highly complex environment.  Project Manager will need to have demonstrated success working on multiple projects of medium to high complexity on multiple platforms.  Must be able to manage a large team of people. 

 

Strong candidate will have the following skills:  Minimum 7 years experience as a project manager, project team lead, change management, business analysis, spreadsheet, and report generation and/or strategic planning; must have 3 years experience as a project manager of medium to large projects; experience with MS Data Transformation Services or similar tools; experience in integration of enterprise wise information systems.  Experience with COBIT is desired; CMMI or Six Sigma experience is also a plus.
