Our client needs a strong Project Manager with a history of bringing projects in on time and under budget. They must have experience leading software development teams (specifically J2EE). Job Experience:
Must Have:

-Strong PM experience with software development teams
-J2EE background preferred
-Risk Mitigation
-Outstanding communication and leadership
-Limited travel to Baltimore required
-Must be able to work through the rest of 2006 with minimal time off outside of weekends
