Project Support with Excel

This role is responsible for the administration (lists, spreadsheets, forms, work flow items, billing information, etc.) for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and non-MSP consultants and contractors engaged with Human Health Information Technology's Business Technology Engineering Team. Duties include: Act as the primary point of contact for contractor on-boarding. Administer the on-boarding process for consultants. Act as the interface between the Engineering Hiring Managers and the site's Contract Resource Manager. Work with the suppliers for Statement of Works (SOW), contracts and engagement letters ensuring accuracy, completeness in meeting all requirements. Assess purchase orders and invoices to generate the end of month accruals. Review for accuracy and completeness pro-forma invoices (correct hours, billing rates, project codes, etc.). Understand and is facile with departmental procedures. Effectively track the status of Engineering consultant's on-boarding process and work flow. Maintain high accuracy of information under firm schedules.

This position calls for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrated expertise and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel. Superior communication skills are required with multiple modes: one on one meetings, group meeting, telephone, teleconferences and email. Ability to builds relationships with peers, suppliers, managers and other service partners is required, as is the ability to manage conflict and look for common ground when conflict arises. Candidates must have demonstrated cooperation with individuals and teams, ability to meet schedules; stays on focus on tasks and activities, and the highest level of dependability; demonstrated personal responsibility for his/her work and highest level of dependability.
