Job Description

?  The successful candidate will be working within a collaborative team environment to create world-class interactive marketing and administrative support.

?  This Purchasing Agent/ Assistant Buyer professional will be expected to perform the following tasks and deliver services and products as outlined:

o This candidate will report to and work directly with the Director of Purchasing on a daily basis.

o This position offers the unique opportunity to work with the sales team and to gain valuable experience in marketing, sales, administration, and general human resources.

o On a weekly basis the candidate will be handling order fulfillment as well as customer service issues with vendors and internal employees.

 

Job Qualifications

?  2+ years of customer service in a retail and/or restaurant environment

?  Understanding of basic administrative duties

?  Professional demeanor

?  Ability to adapt to a changing environment

?  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry

?  Bachelors degree or High school diploma with experience
