We are actively recruiting and hiring full time QA Lead Software Testers.

  Required skills: 

?  Experience testing applications written in the following:  Java, Perl, C++, SQL, VB User interface, Oracle DB and Sybase within a UNIX O/S.

?  Ability to code is not required.

?Manual and Automated Testing.  

?Strong Communication skills and self driven working with minimal supervision

 

Desired skills: Experience using Rational Test Manager, creating test cases, execution of perl scripts.

 

  Job Description: Ensures test results and metrics are collected and reported.  Provides technical leadership.  Responsible for overall technical solution and quality.  Leads key design and construction work efforts.  Coordinates application build and release processes with the Team Manager.  Hands on manual and automation regression testing.  Hand on creation of new and augmenting existing manual and automated test cases.  Acts as offsite team manager in compliance with CIBER Project management methodology.  Mentors and trains India team based on knowledge training received on-site at client.You must be willing to travel.
