QA Reporting Analyst/Business Analyst

Job Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a QA Reporting Analyst/Business Analyst for a major client in Des Moines, Iowa. Position could be contract-to-hire if desired.

Your duties will include leadership of project teams and resources, facilitating design sessions; designing business solutions; defining and documenting detailed design requirements; identifying and resolving business issues; designing data models; working with technical resources to ensure accurate translation of specifications into workable application code; creating acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria; and working with business users on a day-to-day basis. Job Experience:
Required Skills:

- Referencable business analysis experience.
- XML & data driven with SQL experience.
- QA Reporting – assessment of current reporting system, validation of reporting, run reports, reset validation and conduct regression testing.
Desired Skills:

- Statistical process control and/or SixSigma.
