Quality Assurance Analyst
Create system test scripts for product releases, execute test scripts, create test data, log defects, and sign off on product quality. Will work closely with the development organization to understand the product functionality in order to create and modify product documentation. Will also create internal project implementation documentation and release notes for internal staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Either an Associate?s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; OR a Programming Certificate from a recognized institution. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Minimum two years technical support, telecom, or general MIS experience
Knowledge of a suite of office software
Minimum one year testing experience preferred
Minimum one year programming experience using a standard coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, HTML, PERL, SQL, Visual Basic, COBOL, etc.) is preferred
OR
Exposure to a testing tool platform (e.g., Winrunner, Test Director, LoadRunner, etc.) preferred
Oracle or Informix certification preferred
One year experience with Hammer Technologies Test Harness for creating telephony performance/stress test case scenarios preferred
