Quality Assurance Project Lead

Currently, Oakwood seeks a QA Project Lead to work out of its home office in Los Angeles, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to help define overall QA processes and procedures for Oakwood Worldwide. Work closely with QA manager, Project Managers, QA Egnineers, and developers to ensure quality release process and provide testing.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Work with QA Manager to establish and support software development processes
2. Lead QA efforts on assigned projects
3. Identify tasks, estimate schedules, and identify project risks
4. Ensure complience with project and company requirements
5. Oversee testing activities of junior team members
6. Write test plans
7. Write Test cases
8. Review and signoff on project documentation including business requirements, functional and technical specs.


EDUCATION/SKILLS:
1. 6+ years of QA experience
2. Experience leading QA effort on complex software projects
3. Experience lading projects and managing people
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills
6. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
7. SQL Knowledge
