Quality Control & Testing Associate

Under direct supervision coordinate the hotel switchover process with customers formerly with a different provider and migrating to Synxis. Maintain hotel implementation files. Coordinate GDS queue repository. Will learn DRS Publisher tool to maintain hotel chain DRS within the GDS. Assist with post implementation test bookings. Monitor customer email folders routing messages requiring action. Assist with quality control processes as directed. Research customer relations issues as needed. Assist in maintaining overall data accuracy and quality. Assist with various office administration projects as necessary.


EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year hotel or travel experience. Proficient computer software skills; good communication skills, written and verbal; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
