Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer in Farmington Hills. In this role, you will coordinate quality activities of designated projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing any combination of all duties and responsibilities.

To be considered, you should possess a four-year technical degree (i.e., engineering or technical field). Have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of applicable experience in the automotive manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality processes and verification methods as applied to automotive component, sub-system and system level products is beneficial. The ability to interpret customer requirement documents and apply them to products being developed is necessary. You will lead problem solving activities and possess advanced skills in writing business and technical communications. You must have experience coordinating and facilitating several small projects simultaneously, and be familiar with TS 16949 and other Quality tools. Additionally, you must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and have experience with PCs and application software, such as MS Office and Lotus Notes.
