Quality Planning Process Engineer

We are currently engaged in a project in Charlotte, NC that requires two (2) Quality Assurance Process Consultant for 4 months with the possiblity of extension.

The Quality Assurance Process Consultant will work with the existing team to make recommendations around the process definition, techniques, templates, as well as work to assimilate the information throughout the organization utilizing the findings and available documentation from previous assessments and interviews. The QA Process Consultant will work with the team to create the path for implementation as well as the accompanying Change Metrics.

 

Quality Assurance experience at Analyst or management level

Disciplined focus on quality objectives

Ability to work with little supervision

Strong familiarity with SDLC methodologies and quality practices

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Strong documentation skills

Hands on involvement with the development of quality standards and procedures

Ability to manage and lead discussion groups, consisting of members with various technical and non-technical backgrounds, to develop the required quality standards

Hands on involvement with mentoring and training resources on the set Quality Standards

Must have:

solid examples of implementing QA Process in a global organization.

Solid examples of working with varying size projects.

Demonstrated ability to implement change across a development organization.

Willing to get in the trenches.
