Quantitative Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Quantitative Operations Analyst to join our team. The Quantitative Operations Analyst position resides in Global Analytics, a quantitative research group, within Investment Operations, providing analytic services supporting marketing, portfolio management and research, globally. Initial responsibility includes: providing day-to-day analytic data support for general quantitative analyses and for analytic applications such as performance attributions, portfolio & risk characteristics. This includes but not limited to internal and external data gathering, organization, aggregations, quality control and automations. The position involves working with both technology and business units to establish efficient underlying analytic data environment and operational processes to provide the above mentioned services.

A successful candidate should possess at least a B.S. degree in Computer Science or CIS and at least one year's experience in relational database (SQL) query language and in the financial services industry. Knowledge of capital markets data (market indices, equity/fixed income securities) and the ability to communicate well with our business community is a must.
