Fuji PACS Consultant ? Administrator (Western US)
This is a 6 month engagement to lead the implementation of Fuji Synapse application at a large hospital system in the Western US. Duties would include managing tasks assigned to the site by the project manager including modality readiness, workflow/change control, polices and procedures along with coordination of training efforts provided by the PACS vendor. Will need to work closely with imaging staff to ensure prescribed workflow changes are adhered to. Also key liaison with Radiologist group to ensure understanding of workflow and application functionality is optimized. Post implementation will act as troubleshooter to triage and manage issues, workflow optimization and stabilization of the application. Skills should include previous PACS administration, knowledge of Fuji Synapse application and change management processes. Start date ? Immediate. Duration ? 6 months. Large Healthcare organization in NYC, with multiple campuses and satellites locations, seeks your PACS Systems experience. This organization is in the process of building an Enterprise PACS team. Your role will have you working in a team of PACS/RIS professionals developing, analyzing, implementing, evaluating system designs, strategies, specifications and models for Enterprise wide PACS needs (Radiology, Cardiology, Radiation Oncology). You will work with Departmental staff to support enterprise PACS and other clinical applications in above listed departments. Requires 1 or more years with PACS and/or RIS Systems Support/Administration. Strong understanding of Radiology departmental processes and workflow is helpful. Compensation to 75k depending on experience, plus relocation coverage and/or sign on bonus.
