Works directly with development team and end-users to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance applications. Define, analyze, design, code, test and maintain system support of systems and Interfaces. Responsible for ensuring systems meet underlying business requirements, such as system response and capacity not adversely impacted with enhancements; streamlining processes for cost control and maximum efficiencies; performing problem analysis, determination and resolution: participating in technical design and code analysis and review for enhancement requests; documenting technical flowcharts, process and architecture; tracking and communicating status of reported incidents; assisting in trouble shooting reported incidents; ability to work remotely with team members and users; ability to travel; ability to provide after-hours and weekend support as part of rotational on-call schedule.
