Job Description:

Administrative Duties for the Chantilly office building:

Receptionist duties to include greeting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail

Order office supplies for Chantilly personnel

Filing as needed for purchasing and shipping department

Manage building maintenance (i.e. copiers, faxes and printers, AC, plumbing, security, cleaning personnel)

Process business card requests for TNS personnel.

Run various daily reports for Purchasing and Shipping department.

Create and manage equipment tickets for all internal requests for hardware to ensure requirements are met in a timely manner.

Ensure goods are received by the requestor after shipment.

eLearning: Manage the database for student access and course content for TNS. Create and distribute quarterly achievement certificates.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously with accuracy

Ability to work individually as well as a team player

Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills

Excellent Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills; Attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Excel proficient)

Working knowledge of Outlook

Desired Qualifications:

Working knowledge of: Remedy, Oracle, PowerPoint, Visio

Experience with data communications
