Regional IT Manager

Job Summary This position will ensure the streamlined operation of regional IT systems in alignment with the national IT business and strategic plans and overall business objectives of the firm.  The Regional IT Manager will plan, coordinate, and direct regional IT-related activities of the organization as well as provide administrative direction and support for the daily operational activities of the IT teams in the region.  Working closely with other Regional IT Managers and the Managing Director, US Operations, the Regional IT Manager will identify, recommend, develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization and recommend and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.

Requirements

 

Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

 

Minimum of eight years of related management experience, with at least five years in information technology

 

Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network and PC operating systems

 

Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards

 

Extensive application support experience

 

Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, development and implementation

 

Strong understanding of project management principles

 

Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

Excellent interpersonal skills
