We are currently seeking a Regional Manager for the states of PA, NJ, MD and D.C. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for continually monitoring all Field Service Engineers in the district to ensure that all personnel are committed to the engineering mission statement. The ideal candidate will monitor all branch activity and day-to-day operations to determine all are being managed per the engineering standards. The Regional Manager will ensure that the clients are being satisfied with the level of engineering service and that the same level is maintained throughout the district, and will be responsible for the operations and total performance of their assigned district.

Qualifications:

Education/Required Skills

-BA in Business Management or equivilant exp.
-3-5 years of IT HW/SW technical troubleshooting
-A+ Certification
-Network + Certification
-Experience in Unix / AIX / Microsoft PC
-Knowledge of LAN/WAN and protocols
-Execellent communication & Project Management skills
