ISD - Regional Supervisor
This entry-level, supervisory position is part of the Field Associate Support Team (FAST) and is responsible for directing and supervising cabling technicians that are stationed in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area. Incumbent will coordinate/ schedule crews to accommodate business needs, oversee/inspect installations, approve and oversee time and expenses for technicians, escalate technical issues, and provide reporting updates on various projects/issues. The Regional Supervisor has the authority to hire and terminate regional technicians and will be primarily responsible for conducting performance coachings, writing and conducting performance evaluations, and the advancement, promotion, and merit raises for technicians in his/her region. Travel throughout the Phoenix, AZ region is required and a company vehicle will be provided for business travel.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position located in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area.
1. Previous supervisory experience in Telecommunications/ Cabling/ Network IT Industry in past 5 years (to include: writing evaluations, conducting performance coachings, scheduling, etc.),
2. Established project management and reporting skills in IT, Accounting, or Retail,
3. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel,
4. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel (majority of travel will be local),
5. Valid driver's license and clean driving record, and
6. Effective people/ communication skills.

Wal-Mart experience, previous accounting/ budgeting experience, or previous experience in the Cabling industry is strongly preferred.
